As a little boy living in the western suburbs of Athens I had a few cassettes that they had dropped by my elder brother. In one of them I could listen to one song again and again pushing the stop, rewind and play button. I didn't know the words but something had me kept in listening to that melody so many nights.
I was sitting in our balcony behind the plants or our last floor small apartment when everybody was sleeping and I was listening to this one song as I was gazing to the stars above me. The city lights were not strong enough to cover these sparks in the night sky in that ruthless competition.

My favourite moment was when an aeroplane was passing by, in that deep sky. That certain moment I was climbing up to it, reaching above the city limit. It was magical. I was feeling that there up in the sky I could be pointed out far from my loneliness in that endless world.
Now I'm 33 and I can completely understand the lyrics but still... I miss that balcony reaching out the stars and also I miss someone to sit next me and stare this endless universe with me.
Let this magic begin again ...
